Our lessons are made by the experts, who have completed a lot of projects in the CG industry ( check) At the present time we are working in the studio of computer graphics ( check). What is the difference between your courses and the rest of similar content on the Internet? It includes unlimited download, new training every month, access to all materials: project files, 3ds max scenes, Nuke projects. The lessons are designed for users both beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Lessons demonstrate creating a project from scratch and do not require any additional knowledge, so even a beginner can follow through. You will learn not just the basics of rendering material, but also will work with passes and shots finalizing. The material used for the bonus is taken from learned lessons.

We give some lessons about compositing in Nuke as a free bonus. – The water surface generation and interaction with the object – the floating ship – The principle of Hybrido, the creation of secondary simulations (Splash, Foam, etc.) Hybrido was created for large-scale simulations – a voxel system with the possibility of creating secondary simulations based on particles. Methods for controlling the process using Daemons ĭyverso is adapted to work with multi-core processors and a large amount of material. – Create a small-scale simulation using simple particles. The very first system is based on particles. The program has several systems for fluid simulation. – Import-export objects, interaction parameters.

Some 3D packages have their own tools for fluid simulations Houdini – Fluid Solver, 3ds max – PhoenixFD plugin, Maya – Bifrost, Cinema4D – RealFlow plugin.īut, unlike them, RealFlow was created directly for this kind of simulation – liquid. And if you also take into account the different scale of the simulations – from drops of dew on the leaf to the giant tsunami, it becomes clear – why it is so difficult to create such things in CG. And we have a deal with density, viscosity, pressure and even surface tension. The liquid has a number of properties that are not presented in other systems. The simulation process has a large number of features. I'll have a love/hate relationship with it as long as I use the thing, I'm sure. This material is deprecated and discontinued.įluid simulation is a special section of visual effects. Before Realflow I only had Blender, and Blender sucks at strings and droplets. Don't get me wrong, it was worth it it paid for itself with Rigged Water Iray 2 alone, let alone the later splash packs, squirt gun set, and waterfalls. Now I connect long enough to start Realflow and then unplug the wifi stub I use. I sent repeated tickets over the program refusing to start and only got various rephrasings of the answer "it's working fine for us!" because they wouldn't admit that it won't start unless the program is connected to the internet. I am harsh on Realflow because, while you can get amazing results out of it, the program is difficult and expensive, and their tech support is poor. It crashed a lot of times before I got a sim that actually went that long, because Realflow is a finicky prima donna and is very particular about settings and the structure of your collision mesh, and the documentation for it is poor, sparse, and not extremely well written. In Realflow the sim took around 2 hours and 360 frames.
